You can’t help but feel the maroon and white flowing through your veins when you step foot onto The Lofts at “The New Dude.” Hail, State! The Lofts consisted of 24 single-hung MI series #1620 windows and approxi- mately 1,600 square feet of Coral FL300 storefront with medium-stile alu- minum door pairs and standard hardware. Glass was a clear low-E insulated glass. Storefront finish was dark bronze anodized, and window finish was black painted exterior with white painted interior. Glass, Inc. also furnished 1/4” clear mirror for all the bathrooms. 103
