This project is out-of-this-world cool with its energy-ef- ficient products. It has approximately 8,625 square feet of storefront and curtain wall framing by Tube- lite. The project includes 32 EA single-hung windows by Peerless. This new high school has high performing systems known for exceptional water control and thermal performance. Gray-tinted glass will help control the visible light while the low-E coating will help control the solar heat gain. This per- formance will give teachers and students continual comfort throughout the year. The renovation and expansion of the P.W. Harrison Complex at Mississippi Valley State University in- cluded anodized Oldcastle reliance wall series 2 1/2” x 10” and series 2 1/2” x 7” curtain wall systems, both known for exceptional water control and thermal performance. The curtain wall system is glazed with a beautiful green-tinted, energy-efficient glass to match campus colors. The PPG Solarban60 low- E glass reduces the overall solar heat gain, but also captures the natural light providing year-round com- fort with heating and cooling cost savings.
