Glass Inc. - Reflections 1999-2019

12 Changing Skylines for 20 Years “1) Work hard and strive to be the best at everything you do; 2) Be a man of your word, and do what you say you are going to do; 3) Treat people with fairness and respect; and 4) Give back to your community — and your community will support you.” Robert Smith’s four Business Principles obert Smith’s business principles are simple yet effective. It is unbelievable how fast twenty years have flown by. We are grateful for the loyalty and support we have received from both employees and customers throughout the years who have allowed us to grow into the company that we are today. We reflected on the past twenty years at each office location throughout 2019 as we cele- brated with all of those who have been a part of the success of Glass, Inc. Fr iends and family gathered at the Glass, Inc. headquarters in Meridian, Mississippi, on July 5, 2019, to celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary. Scott McQuaig and The Tomcats played during the day, and guests danced the night away with The Night- tripper Band. Kids enjoyed cotton candy, snow cones, a jump house, a whack-a-mole game, a lumberjack throwing game, and face paint- ing. Everyone enjoyed the photo booth, the beer trailer, and amazing barbecue! In addition to celebrating, friends and family donated funds to the Mississippi Children’s Museum-Meridian — and Glass, Inc. matched what attendees raised that day, bringing the total donation to $6,551!
